Refund policy

We hope you love your jewellery, but if something isn’t quite right, you have the right to return eligible items.

 

Change of mind

In line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund if the item has been purchased online.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging
  • Items must have been purchased via our website www.bethanymaysilver.com
  • Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty
  • Custom, personalised, or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable unless faulty.

We do not accept change of mind refunds on pieces bought in person at an event or in store.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

We do offer exchanges on work. If you change your mind and want to change to a different item then we will refund or charge you for any difference in price.

 

Faulty or damaged items

If your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

 

Processing time

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
