Delivery

All jewellery is carefully handmade and packaged in our Bristol studio with the option to collect (free of charge) or have delivered for a £10 fee.

Orders are processed within 5 business days.

Made-to-order pieces will take longer; estimated dispatch times will be communicated individually if made to order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events beyond our control.
